But in 2022, Congress passed(2) the Honoring our PACT Act, containing the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022. The Camp Lejeune Justice Act (7) allows injured veterans and family members to file claims and lawsuits to compensate for damages caused by exposure to contaminated water.
